The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Service Of Vehicles Belonging To Military Units Supplied By The 17Th Military Economic Division In Koszalin, In Groups Including Nine Separate Parts. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Performance And Acceptance Of The Vehicle Maintenance And Repair Service.2. The Servicing And Repair Service Will Cover The Following Activities - Systems: 1) Computer Diagnostics Of The Engine And Its Systems; 2) Diagnostics Of Airbags And Air Curtains; 3) Periodic Servicing Resulting From The Indications Of The On-Board Computer Intended For A Given Brand; 4) Repair Of Vehicle Systems: - Steering , - Power Transmission, - Braking, - Fuel And Air Supply, - Repair Of Electrical Installation, - Repair Of Vehicle Suspension, - Repair Of Engine Equipment, - Repair Winches, - Repair Of Air Conditioning, Heating.5) Minor Bodywork And Paint Repairs;6) Repair Of Components For Motor Vehicles May Include: - Repair Of Gearboxes; - Repair Of Drive Bridges; - Regeneration Of Drive Shafts And Springs; - Regeneration Of Steering Gears And Injection Pumps; - Regeneration Of Valves, Pumps, Pneumatic And Hydraulic Equipment. The Scope Of Repairs Does Not Include The Replacement Of Batteries, Seats, Carpets, Or Seat Belts. The Vehicles Covered By The Scope Of The Contract Service Are Indicated In Detail In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Task 1: Repair And Servicing Of General-Purpose, Small-Capacity Trucks And Passenger Vehicles. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ (During The Period Of The Public Procurement Contract) Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Direct Activities In The Field Of Service Provision ( Art. 95 Of The Act On Public Procurement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz): - Work, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer. And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.
