1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals (One-Dish Dinner) For Students In The Canteen Of The Primary School In Jawornik Polski And The Complex Of Schools And Institutions In Manasterz, As Well As The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Hucisko Jawornicki (From The School In Manasterz).1.2 The Set Of Dishes Is Available In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 1.3 The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Monthly Menu Prepared At Least 3 Days Before Its Planned Validity. The Menu Consists Of 20 Dishes Listed In The List Of Dishes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Each Dish Can Be Chosen To Be Made And Served To Children No More Than Once A Month. 1.4 Meals Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units - Annex No. 2 To This Regulation (In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Act). The Description Of Products Used To Prepare Meals Can Be Found In Annex No. 4. It Does Not Allow The Use Of Purchased Semi-Finished Products Such As Dumplings, Silesian Dumplings Or Dumplings, Etc. Frozen.
