The Quantity Given Above Is An Estimate. It May Increase Or Decrease In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, Including Unfavorable Weather Conditions.2. The Delivered Oil Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard, Including: - Density At 15 Oc - Max. 860 Kg/M3, - Calorific Value - Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg, - Fractional Composition: Up To 250 Oc, Distills - Max. 65%(V/V), Up To 350 Oc Distils - Min. 85% (V/V), - Kinematic Viscosity At 20 Oc - Max. 6.0 Mm2/S,- Ignition Temperature – Min. 55 Oc, - Pour Point - Max. –20 Oc,- Sulfur Content – Max. 0.10% (M/M), - Coking Residue (From 10% Of Distillation Residue - Max. 0.30% (M/M), - Water Content - Max. 0.020% (M/M), - Impurity Content Solids - Max. 24 Mg/Kg, - Residue After Ashing - Max. 0.01% (M/M), - Oxidation Stability - Max G/M3. 3. The Contractor Will Attach A Fuel Oil Quality Certificate To Each Delivery. 4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Order Placed By The Ordering Party Processed Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days (Where 1 Business Day = 24 H) From Placing The Order, From Monday To Friday From 7.30 - 15.30 On The Day Agreed With The Ordering Party. 5. The Delivered Fuel Oil Will Be Measured By The Readings Of The Certified Fuel Meter Installed On The Tank Truck Delivering The Oil In The Presence Of An Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party. 6. The Minimum Single Delivery Is 2,000 Liters. 7. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Heating Oil To The Ordering Party. , Loading, Transport Of Oil To The Destination, Unloading Oil.8. The Order Will Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Order In The Sokoły Commune.9. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Needs, Specifying: 1) Quantity Of Oil, 2) Place Of Delivery And Unloading Of Oil, 3) Delivery Date: (However, This Deadline Cannot Be Longer Than 3 Business Days), 4) Person Authorized To Receiving The Oil Delivery. 10. The Ordering Party Submits A Request For Heating Oil By Telephone Or E-Mail. 11. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Monday To Friday) From: 7:30-15:30/12. Due To The Possibility Of Changing Current Needs During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To: 1) Reduce The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Resulting In A Change In The Value Of The Concluded Contract, By A Maximum Of 50%. 2) Increase The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Causing A Change In The Value Of The Concluded Contract
