The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Motor Rescue Boats With Equipment, Outboard Engines And Boat Trailers For The Needs Of The Bieszczady Water Volunteer Rescue Service In Krosno. The Delivery Includes In Particular Two Hybrid Boats With An Aluminum Hull And A Resuscitation Deck, With A Length Of Not Less Than 6.5 M And Not More Than 8.0 M And With A Total Width Of Not Less Than 2.2 M And Not More Than 2.7 M, Designed To Transport Not Less Than 5 People, With A Drive Unit (Outboard Engine) With A Power Of Not Less Than 175 Hp. The Delivery Also Includes Two Two-Axle Boat Trailers With An Overrun Brake, Adapted To Transport The Delivered Boats. The Boats And Engines Should Be Brand New, And The Year Of Production Of Both The Boat And The Engines Must Be No Earlier Than 2024. Boats And Boat Trailers Must Be Be Technically Sound And Free From Construction Defects. Boats Transported On The Supplied Boat Trailers Must Meet The Conditions For Admission To Road Traffic, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular The Conditions Contained In The Road Traffic Law And The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502).
