Execution of New and miscellaneous Electrical works for Implementation / modification as per issued DCN, FCN, TAR and revised Working Documents .- 1 Laying ofvarious sizes of LV power and control cable, armoured / unarmoured, from / on cable trays /excavated trench, tunnel, in GI Pipe, Hume Pipe, Wall, Ceiling, Rooftruss etc. fixing clamping etc. aluminimum tag with identifcation for both side cable as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer. (Excavation / filling in any, will be paid in a separate item). The scope includes winding in empty drums if necessary and depositing to NPCIl stores inside plant boundary. 9 Termination of armoured / unarmoured Powercable, testing and commissioining including providing suitable glands and lugs for both side and all as per specification. providing and installation of the heat shrinkable termination type kits above 50sqmm etc. Measurement will be done per core wise. 10 up to 16 sq mm 11 above 16 sqmm to 95 sq mm 12 above 95 sq mm up to 300 sq mm 13 Termination of armoured / unarmoured control cable, testing and commissioining including providing suitable SS-DC glands at both ends and required ring-type / U type lugs for both sides per specification and directed by EIC. Measurement will be done cable end wise 14 up to 7 core and 6 sq mm 15 above 7 core to 15 core and 6 sq mm 16 above 15 core up to 37 coreand 2.5sq mm 17 Providing1.1kV grade 2.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated FRLS sheathed multi-strand flexible copper cable as per specifications. 18 Providing0.65kV grade 2.5 sqmm 5 core PVC insulated FRLS sheathed multi-strand flexible copper cable as per specifications. 19 Providing0.65kV grade 2.5 sqmm 10 core PVC insulated FRLS sheathed multi-strand flexible copper cable as per specifications. 20 Providing different sizes of GI hardware, Bolt & nuts and accessories, coupling plates etc as per required specification and as directed by EIC 21 Providing and installation of Switch fuse units having 125A capacity inside GI housingand required terminals, glanding and termination of cables as per specification / working drawings and as directed bythe EIC. The scope includes providing and installation of approved anchor fastners required for installation, blanks for spare openings, marking /painting of the identification number as per the drawing or as directed by EIC. 22 Providing and installation of Switch fuse units having 250A capacity inside GI housingand required terminals, glanding and termination of cables as per specification / working drawings and as directed bythe EIC. The scope includes providing and installation of approved anchor fastners required for installation, blanks for spare openings, marking /painting of the identification number as per the drawing or as directed by EIC. 23 Providing and installation of Switch fuse units having 400A capacity inside GI housingand required terminals, glanding and termination of cables as per specification / working drawings and as directed bythe EIC. The scope includes providing and installation of approved anchor fastners required for installation, blanks for spare openings, marking /painting of the identification number as per the drawing or as directed by EIC. 24 Installation of Wall mounted LDB/PDB of 0.415 kV lighting/ power distribution panel as per drawings/ specifications, manufacturers instructions and as directed bythe Engineer complete in all respects. The scopeinclude verification of site readiness, EP checking, shifting of to erection point. 25 Providing and Instllation ofHT / LTPVC Insulating mat conforming to IEC-6111 including preparation / cleaning of the floor prior to installation, levelling of the floor for any undulation by providing Plaster of paris as necessary, including supply of PEDILITE fevicol SR / 998 Resin Adhesivesor any other adhesives recommended by manufacturer, Disposal of the wastefrom the work site to scrap yard as directed by the Engineer. 26 Insulating mat of thickness 3 mm- working voltage upto 7.5 KV 27 Providing and fogging ofAnti- Mosquito chemical (Deltamethrin 1.25 ULV mixed with diesel) around the structure of Main plant buildings including Tunnels and trenches including providing all chemical, transport, labour,equipment and material as required for the work and as instructed by EIC. One operation requires deployment ofresources for 4 nos. of Fogging machines for the work and consumption of (i) Deltamethrin 1.25 ULV around 3.84 ltr (with Dilution ratio 40ml per litre of Diesel) (ii) Diesel- 96 ltr (iii) Petrol -23 ltr 28 Providing and installation as per requirement of LED well glass / bulkhead luminaries with minimum 4000 lumens as per the specifications given in Technical specifications. Make: Philips / Bajaj / Crompton greaves / GE / Osram/Wipro/Havells. scope includes providing and Installation of a wellglass light fitting using 1 no of 6 mm hook type / bolt type anchor fastener as per the specifications. 29 Chipping out portions of finishedconcrete up to 50 mm thick Concrete up to M 35 Grade with concrete chipping power tools including providing the required power tools and skilled manpower for carrying out the jobs. Measurement of the Chipped area will be done Sq. Meter 30 Core cutting / Drilling holes of various depths up to 1000 mm in reinforced concrete walls / roof slab / floor including finishing of the damaged edges / surface, with cement mortar, providing Machinery, tools & tackles, consumables required for the works. Measurement will be done in Running Meters. 31 Holes upto 50 mm diameter 32 Holes above 50 mm to 100 mm diameter 33 Holesabove 100 mm to 150 mm diameter 34 Providing safe to work approved Scaffolding system, height varying from 2.5 m upto 8 mtrs, for erection of anchor fasteners, supports, cable laying etc. as per site requirement including required labour, tools and removing the same after completion of works etc complete or as directed by EIC. 35 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height, leveling, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per specifications or as directed by EIC. 36 Providing, mixing and grouting high strength ready mix non-shrink grout of compressive strength not less than 60 MPa of ‘Conbextra® GP- 2 ’ of M/s Fosroc make or approved equivalent, below equipment base plate, bearing plates, penetrations, embedded parts, for post installed reinforcement bars, etc., at all elevation and locations as per construction drawings and specifications and as directed by theEngineer..Note: The quantity of grout as per actual consumption shall be paid. 37 Providing and applying self levelling epoxy paint of approved make and shade over concrete floors for the dryflim thickness of 2 mm over a coat of primer, base preparation , filling the undulation with suitable filler material to make uniform finish, mixing filler sand as perspecification inclusive of all materials, equipment, labour, tools & tackles, all consumables etc complete and as directed by the Engineer. 38 Dewateringof pits of main plant buildings /structures, deploying required dewatering pumps and flexible hose pipes including all resources, manpower, shifting & placing wherever required, dismantling and taking backon completion of dewatering requirement etc, including foot valve, suctionand delivery hoseslaid up to discharge channel/drain etc. complete. The Measurement will be done in HP-Hours i.e. the HP of the pumps the no of hours of deployment. 39 Excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual meansfor foundation, trenches etc., in all types of soilsbelow ground level up to 1.5 meter depth, leveling, ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with excavated soil, consolidating as per drawings, specifications or as directed by theEngineer. 40 Supply , fabrication and erection of structural steel of various profiles, CS / MS plates, angles, channels, hollow rectangular ducts, beams, rods, hot finished seamless pipesfor supports/panels / lighting brackets /any other works including all cutting, grinding, drilling, welding, testing, painting with approvedepoxy paint, as per relevant drawings/ standards and as directed bythe Engineer -in-charge. The measurement shall be in terms of the finished/installed weight. 41 Installationof fabricated structural items/supports/cable trays etc as directed by EIC 42 Rectification of Embedded Parts (EP) provided in the finished concrete floor / wall, having undulations above +/- 5 mm to +/- 15 mm height/depth, to rectify the EP to the required level / height / depth for installation of any equipment / item. The scope includes cleaning / removal of extra concrete over the EP, grinding of EP, making the EP suitable / good by placing of fabricated shim plates / supports by cutting, grinding, drilling, welding, testing, touch up painting etc., restoring to the required finish including restoring of screed using material & consumables or as directed by the Engineer - in charge. 43 Rectification of Embedded Parts (EP) provided in the finished concrete floor / wall, having undulations above +/- 15 mm to +/- 35 mm height/depth, to rectify the EP to the required level / height / depth for installation of any equipment / item. The measurement shall be in terms of the finished/installed weight conforming to lS 2062-2011 Grade E250 Quality - A / B / BR and dimension as per IS 8O8, IS 1730, IS1731 and IS 1732, steel pipes conforming to IS 1161 and IS 3601, square and rectangular structural steel tubes confoming to lS 4923 and Chequered plateconforming to IS 3502, for main cable ducts in main plant buildings, metal structures for Construction of semicovered protective sheds. providing and applying two or more coats of approved epoxy / synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc rich primer as per drawings and specifications. 63 Providing and erection of roofing for the construction of semicovered protective sheds and miscellaneous safety and security relaled structure at all elevations using Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated profile sheet of 0.45 mm thickness ot TATA Durashine or equivalent of approved colour including all shapes, over laps, side cladding, ridges, eaves boards, gutters etc., including providing of scaffolding and Fixing of self tapping screws (6 mm dia J or L GI hooks as necessary), bolts, nuts screws, bitumen washers, sealing of joints etc completeas per drawings and spscifcations. 64 Dismantling of structural steel structure & roofing without disturbing/damaging adjacent structure, Handling, loading of material on to the truck/trailer, shifting of material to the identified location within the KKNPP plant premises , unloading of material in desired position & location, preparation and submission of report for material accounting purposes. 65 Providing Highly skilled man power,for carrying out worksof BOM preparation from drawings, site survey, measurement, overseeing pep talk and erection worksas per drawings, IS guidelines and regulations, checking permits etc.as directed by EIC.Fulfilling the above requirements for 9 Hrs a day is considered as one operation 66 Providing Skilled man power,for carrying out worksof electrician, fitter, welder, grinder,study of drawings, site measurement in erection worksas per drawings and instructions as directed by EIC.Fulfilling the above requirements for 9 Hrs a day is considered as one operation 67 Providing unskilled man power carrying out the given work assisting in site during fabrication, erection, modification, handling of material, shifting of material, including cleaning and mopping of rooms and installed equipment, assisting office activities as directed by EIC. Fulfilling the requirements for 9 Hrs a day is considered as one operation. 68 Providing One vacuum cleaner and associated cleaning aids, dust collection bins, tools & tackles, consumables etc and disposal of waste materials to waste collection boxes at designated places. Fulfilling the above requirements for 9 Hrs a day is considered as one operation 69 Providing and writing of letters/figures/symbols/signs of sizes and background color / font color as specified with stencil using synthetic enamel paint of Akzonobel/Asian / Berger/ including the cost of labour, paint material, transportation, consumables etc. as construction drawings and directed by Engineer. 70 Size 4 cm X 3 cm 71 Size 8 cm X 6 cm 72 Size 15 cm X 10 cm 73 Providing and application of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over structural steel members, internal /external platforms, ladder, grating, ducts, conduits, trays, etc., of total dry film thickness (DFT) of 200 micron consisting of 1. Zinc chromate primer coat of approved make of total DFT 50 micron. and 2. Synthetic enamel paint coat of total DFT 150 micron in two layers including preparation of surface, tools & tackles, consumables and all required machinery, etc., at all elevations and locations as perspecifications. Over internal structural steel members of platforms, ladder, grating, etc., as per specifications and drawings. Over ducts, conduits, trays, etc., as per specifications and drawings. 74 Providing and fixing sun control polyester film of Modi /Garware / 3M make or approved equivalent for the glazed surfaces. 75 As per NPCIL requirement Providing and installing photo luminescent self adhessive flexible/rigid sheet auto glow Danger / EXIT , Direction marking sign boards at different areas 150 x150 mm to 150x300 mm sizes with Danger symbol (Red) / Exit with direction (Green) or any marking inscriptions as directed by EIC. 76 Supplying chain link fencing fabric of 50mm mesh size of Tata or approved equivalent make and nominal diameter of mesh wire equal to 4 mm as per IS 2721, fixing it to MS angle posts using PVC coated GI line wire connected to posts using M10 size GI bolts and 6 mm diameter MS stretcher rods tied vertically on posts using M8 size GI J bolt inclusive of their supply etc., complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: The MS angle posts and MS stretcher rods shall be paid under relevant item. 77 providing and installation of GI perforated tray of different sizes including all accessories like clamps, hardware etc. any cutting, drilling, welding, Providing as per requirement and application of cold galvanisation paint, etc., as directed by the ENGINEER. 78 Perforated Tray 79 Providing and applying as per requirement of Fire coating material on laid cable by cleaning and openingthe cable trench covers, application of coating, removal of excess material, cleaning the area, restoration of the cable trench covers, dispose the empty cansetc. all as required at site and all as per specification. 80 Providing and installation of bare tinned flexible Copper multistranded conductor for indoor equipment / pipe line / Metal structure earthing including supply & installation of suitable solderless tinned copper lugs with suitable washers at both ends, clamping the conductor by suitable material for grounding of equipment / panel / motor body / any other structure etc.. as directed by the EIC. The scope also includes supply of hardware and clamping accessories, drilling of holes in the nearby gounding flat / strip for connecting the flexible with suitable nut & bolts and bi-metallic washers etc..
