Product Support For The Icorso Adult Education Information System, Which Supports The Training Organization And Training Administration Activities Of The Hungarian Judicial Academy Of The National Court Office, And The Coospace E-Learning Framework. Product Support As Follows: 1) Support For General Operational Tasks (Continuously Ensuring The Availability Of The Software On The Servers Operated By The Customer, Providing A Helpdesk Interface To Support Operational Tasks, Supporting All Data Conversions, Creating Unique, Ad-Hoc Queries With The Content And Format Specified By The Customer) 2 ) Providing Software Updates, (Always To The Latest Version) 3) Correcting Software Errors, Supporting Debugging (With Remote Access), Remote Access In Its Absence, With An On-Site Appearance. 4) Provision Of Professional Assistance And Advice By E-Mail, Telephone Or In The Context Of On-Site Advice And Consultation. 5) Parameterization, Development (The Contractor, In Cooperation With Obh, Modifies The Otherwise Error-Free System In Order To Expand Or Transform The Functional Space Of The System) 6) Training (The Contractor Conducts On-Site Or Online Training For User Groups Defined By Obh.) 7) Consulting, Development, Education Together For 95 Hours Per Month, Divided According To The Customers Needs. Unused Hours Can Be Rolled Over In The Contractual Time Frame. The Number Of Active Users Is Currently Around 12,000. The Program Is A Three-Layer System: Web Browser - Iis Application Server - Ms-Sql Database Server. The Following Server-Side Components Are Required To Run: • Ms Sql Server Sql Server 2008 R2 Or Later Database Server • Windows Server 2008 R2 Or Later Operating System • Internet Information Server 7.5 Or Later Web Server • Microsoft .Net Framework 4.6.1 Or Later • Integration Solutions Via Soap And Rest Api Calls.
