Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Periodic Supply Of - Food Products Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation. The Specified Quantities Of Goods Are Estimated And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare A Given Estimated Quantity Of Goods In Full, As Well As To Declare Deliveries Of Goods After Reaching The Estimated Quantities Specified For Them, Until The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Specified Types Of Goods Are Not Exhaustive And The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Request Delivery Of Other Types Of Food Products Until The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Products Subject To The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, As Well As Be Manufactured, Qualified, Packaged, Stored And Meet The Safety And Quality Requirements Regulated In European And National Legislation, Including But Not Limited To. Pursuant To Appendix No. 1 Of Order No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024. For The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are The Minimum Mandatory Environmental Requirements For The Supply Of Food Relating To Organic Food Products. The Contracting Authority Applies This Requirement To Food And Beverage Supplies As Follows: - In 2025 For Not Less Than 3% Of The Total Quantity Of Supplies Of Food And Beverages From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products; - In 2026 For Not Less Than 4% Of The Total Quantity Of Food And Drink Supplies From Each Of The Groups Listed In The List Of Organic Food Products; The Specified Quantities Of Organic Food Products Supplied May Be Provided By One Or More Of The Types Of Products Included In The List Of Organic Food Products For Each Individual Group. The Organic Foods Offered By The Participant Must Have Been Produced, Processed And/Or Distributed By Persons Entered In The Register Under Art. 16A, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On The Implementation Of The General Organization Of The Markets Of Agricultural Products Of The European Union.
