The Emulsion-Type Cationic Polymer Will Be Chosen By Each Bidder As A Result Of The Laboratory Tests Performed On The Sludge Samples Taken From The Aquatim Timisoara Wastewater Treatment Plant; - The Sludge Has An Organic Composition Between 60-80% Volatile Substances (Relative To The Dry Substance) And A Humidity Of About 99%, Ph 6.5-7.5; - Max Viscosity Of The Prepared Polyelectrolyte Solution 2500 Mpa·S (Limited By The Dosing Pump). - The Cationic Polyelectrolyte Will Be Delivered In Liquid Form, In A 1050 Kg Ibc With The Following Characteristics: - Active Substance Content (Non Volatile Solids) - 50% - Appearance - Emulsion Liquid - Milky White Color - Ionic Charge - Cationic - Ul Brookfield Viscosity - 2.1 – 4.5 Cps - The Prepared Solution Will Be Aqueous (Drinking Water From The Public Network); - The Concentration Of The Working Solution Will Be Determined By The Bidder; - The Dissolution Recipe Will Be Established (Doses, Quantities And Times); - The Minimum Contact Time Between The Polyelectrolyte And The Sludge Mass To Be Processed Will Be Mentioned. - Sludge Thickening Will Be Done At Up To Min. 6% Su, With A Su Content From The Resulting Sludge Water Of Max 1000 Mg/L - Dewatering Of The Sludge Will Be Done Up To Min 30% Su, With A Su Content From The Resulting Sludge Water Of Max 500 Mg/L - The Amount Of Polyelectrolyte Consumed For Thickening Will Be Indicated, In Kg/T Of Dry Substance; - The Amount Of Polyelectrolyte Consumed For Dehydration Will Be Indicated, In Kg/T Of Dry Substance; - The Products Will Be Delivered Based On The Orders Issued By The Contracting Entity. - Delivery Time: 3 Working Days From The Date Of Issuing The Order. The Offered Product Must Comply With The Parameters And Conditions Imposed By The Contracting Entity In The Specifications And The Legislation In Force At The Time Of Delivery. Upon Delivery, The Product Will Be Accompanied By The Analysis And Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer, The Declaration Of Conformity, The Product Sheet And Other Documents Necessary To Identify The Product. The Offeror Will Include In The Offer Instructions For Use In Romanian Regarding: Handling, Transport, Storage, Labor Protection Measures, Environmental Protection Measures, Other Instructions That Are Required For The Use Of The Product. The Bidder Will Present The Authorization From The Manufacturer For The Delivery Of The Products, If The Bidder Is Not A Manufacturer. In The Authorization, It Will Be Specified That The Manufacturer Guarantees The Quality Of The Products According To The Technical Data Sheets And That It Authorizes The Bidder To Provide Technical Assistance For The Contractual Period.
