Financial And Insurance Services – Operational Leasing Of Motor Vehicles. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Operational Leasing Of Passenger And Commercial Motor Vehicles Together With The Provision Of Services Related To The Maintenance And Operation Of Motor Vehicles, The Provision Of Compulsory Contractual Insurance And Accident Insurance And Other Services Connected With The Operation Of Motor Vehicles And The Handling Of The Relevant Administration. The Specification For The Delivery Of Passenger And Van Motor Vehicles Established By The Procuring Entity Is Annex No. 1 Tender Documents. The Contract In Question Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Result Of The Public Procurement Will Be The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement On Operational Leasing For A Period Of 48 Months. Operational Leasing Of New Vehicles According To Appendix B.1 Of The Tender Documents Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) The Duration Of Operational Leasing Is 60 Months For Vehicles Of Category M1 And N1 – Electric Vehicles And Also 60 Months For Vehicles Of Category M1 And N1 With The Assumption Of An Extension Of 12 Months – Internal Combustion Engines, B) Only New Vehicles Can Be Subject To Operational Leasing. A New Vehicle Is Considered To Be A Vehicle That Has Not Been Used In Operation By Another User, The Year Of Manufacture Is Not Older Than 6 Months On The Day The Vehicle Is Handed Over To The Contracting Authority, The Speedometer Reading Is Not More Than 500 Kilometers Driven, The Successful Applicant Is Obliged To Ensure: - Registration Of Vehicles At The Traffic Inspectorate Of The Police Force; - Highway Stamp For The Territory Of The Slovak Republic For The Entire Rental Period For All Vehicles; - Vehicle Insurance For The Territory Of The Slovak Republic And Europe: - Fleet Management (Service, Tire Service, Assistance) - Other Operational Leasing Services According To The Conditions Of The Competition Specified In The Tender Documents, Sp Annexes And The Framework Agreement. Each Vehicle Will Include A Monitoring Device With The Following Functionality: Electronic Log Book And Online Services. More Detailed Information Is Attached To The Tender Documents.
