Software-Related Services – Framework Agreement For The Procurement Of Products Under The Csp License Program. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Between The Aforementioned Contracting Authority And One Participant In The Procurement Procedure. Therefore, Individual Public Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement In A Procedure Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement According To § 134 Par. 1 Of The Act. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 132 Par. 4 Of The Act, All Conditions For The Performance Of A Public Contract (I.E. Including The Procedure For Awarding Individual Public Contracts) Will Be Contained In The Framework Agreement, The Binding Content Of Which Is Annex No. 1 Procurement Documentation - Draft Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Draft Framework Agreement). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Licenses For The Software Products Of Microsoft Corporation, Specified In The Valid Price List Of The Cloud Solution Provider Multi-License Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Cps), Including The Provision Of Licensing Consultancy Services And Seminars. Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement In The Sense Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Act Will Allow The Contracting Authority To Award Public Contracts For Agreed Performance According To Its Current Needs. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Contained In The Draft Framework Agreement.
