The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 10 Low-Emission Buses Powered By Natural Gas Using Cng Technology, Whose Engine Meets Euro Vi Step E Emission Standards, With A Bus Length From 12,000 Mm To 13,000 Mm And A Passenger Capacity Of At Least 60 Seats + Driver. The Bus Should Be Adapted To Transport At Least 1 Person In A Wheelchair Or A Stroller With A Restraint Device, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Opz). 2) The Vehicles Offered Must; - Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502), In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Law On Road Traffic (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And The Conditions Specified In Polish And Industry Standards; - Have A Valid Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Issued In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; - Meet The Current Requirements Regarding Applicable Vehicle Registration Regulations, Sufficient For The Ordering Party To Complete Formalities Related To Vehicle Registration.
