Horticultural Services - Planting Of Trees And Shrubs Along With Their Three-Year Care On The Premises Of The Emergency Care Center In Gdańsk At Ul. Sobieskiego 100. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Planting Trees And Shrubs, Along With Their Three-Year Maintenance, On The Premises Of The Emergency Care Center In Gdańsk At Ul. Sobieskiego 100, In Accordance With The Art Of Gardening, Under The Supervision Of The Person Responsible For The Execution Of The Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz, And The Bill Of Quantities Serves Only An Auxiliary Role In Calculating The Offer Price By The Contractor, Including The Quantity And Types Of Works. If Any Work Is Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Should Value It And Include It In The Offer Price. 3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities, Services And Works Necessary To Perform The Task, Including: A) Replacement Of Trees, Bushes And Vines: - Deciduous Trees - 13 Pcs. - Coniferous Trees - 3 Pcs. - Hedge Bushes - 80 Pcs. - Deciduous Shrubs On Flat Terrain - 35 Pcs. - Deciduous Shrubs On Slopes With An Inclination Of Up To 1:2 - 50 Pcs. - Shrubs Tall Conifers - 81 Pcs. - Climbers - 15 Pcs. B) Spraying With Fungicides And Pesticides - Amount Of Approx. 930 M²; C) Herbicide Spraying Of Paths And Sidewalks - Approximately 5,000 M²; D) Weeding, Maintenance Cuts, Maintenance Work, Fertilization, Disposal Of Residues To A Legal Landfill; E) Seeding, Lawn Care And Mowing. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Undertakes, During The First 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, To Provide Post-Construction Care Of The Planted Trees And Shrubs. In Addition, As Part Of The Care And Warranty Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Dead, Dying, Frost-Bitten, Damaged, Diseased And Unsightly-Looking Plantings As A Result Of Neglect Or Improper Care. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
