Teleferic Construction Work – Global Public Performance Contract Including The Design, Construction, Maintenance And Operation Of The Cable Transport Link Between The Bellepierre And La Vigie Sectors In Saint-Denis (Called La Montagne Urban Cable Car).. The Contract Combines Maintenance And Operation With The Design And Construction Of An Urban Cable Car Structure In Order To Meet Quantified Performance Objectives Defined In The Consultation Documents. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Award The Public Contract On The Basis Of Initial Offers Without Negotiation. The Contract Includes The Design And Construction Of The Transport System Itself, Infrastructure Installations, Vrd And Buildings, As Well As The Operation And Maintenance Of Works, Equipment And Systems Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Design Mission Also Includes Participation In The Development Or Production, Depending On The Case, Of Files Relating To Regulatory, Administrative And Safety Procedures Prior To Obtaining Authorizations To Carry Out The Work And Commissioning. The Operating Mission Includes The Implementation Of The Human Resources Necessary For The Operation Of The Line, The Maintenance And Upkeep Of Stations, Equipment And Systems, Cleaning Of Cabins And Public Spaces Dedicated To Operation, Monitoring Of Platforms. The Maintenance Mission Also Includes All Preventive And Curative Operations Intended To Maintain Or Restore The Transport System With A View To Meeting The Performance Objectives Set In The Consultation Documents; It Notably Includes So-Called Heavy Maintenance Aimed At Implementing The Major Inspection Operations Required By Regulations, In Connection With The Significant Number Of Hours To Which The Cable Car Will Be Subject.
