Technical-Economic Documentation Development Services At The Pt + Dde Stage, Technical Assistance From The Designer, Execution Of Works And Provision Of Equipment Within The Project Entitled Construction Of A Pediatric Hospital The General Objective Of The Project Is To Build A Pediatric Hospital Within Of The County Emergency Hospital Targovićte. Specific Objectives Of The Project Currently Identified: • Development, Modernization Of The Infrastructure And Provision Of Medical Equipment/Equipment; • Increasing The Treatment And Hospitalization Capacity; • Development Of Human And Material Resources In Accordance With Real Needs; • Digitization Equipment That Leads To An Increase In The Effectiveness Of The Medical Services Provided; • Resource And Energy Efficiency Of The Building To Achieve Climate Objectives Within The Infrastructure. The Spatial - Functional Organization Of The Hospital Body As A Whole, As Well As That Of Each Of The Sectors And Component Compartments, Will Be Done Taking Into Account: - The Categories Of Users, - The Specifics Of The Activities, - Technological Conditions Imposed By The Medical Equipment And Equipment (Facilities) Used, - Hygiene And Asepsis Criteria Primary Energy Requirement At Least 20% Lower Than The Requirement For Buildings Whose Energy Consumption Is Almost Equal To Zero (Nzeb) According To National Guidelines, Which Will Be Ensured By Energy Performance Certificates. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications/Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Up To The 30Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
