Accommodation, Building And Window Cleaning Services – Cleaning Of Cea Cadarache Premises And Other Associated Maintenance Services. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Define The Conditions Under Which The Cea Entrusts The Holder, Who Accepts, With A Cleaning Service For The Premises Of The Cadarache Center And Other Associated Maintenance Services. The Contract Is Broken Down Into: - A Fixed Part Relating To Standard Cleaning Services Defined In §3.1 Of The Cdc, - A Fixed Part Relating To Specific Regular Maintenance Services Defined In §4 Of The Cdc: Operation Of Linens, 3D Pest Control, Disinfection And Pest Control And Cleaning Of The Hoods Of Company Restaurants 1 And 2, Guest House And Snack Bar Of The Rjh. - A Portion In Estimated Shares On A Unit Price Schedule Up To 5% Of The Amount Of The Flat Rate Portion And Services Based On A Prior Estimate Also Up To 5% Of The Amount Of The Flat Rate Portion. The Contract Also Includes An Option Relating To Electronic Traceability Of Passage Through The Toilets. This Service Is Described In §7.1 Of The Cdc. It Will Last For One Year And Can Be Renewed 4 Times In Writing At The Latest One Month Before The Contractual Deadline Each Year Of The Market. As Part Of Its Responsible Purchasing And Fight Against Exclusions Policy, The Cea Has Decided To Apply The Provisions Of Article L 2112-2 Of The Public Procurement Code By Including In This Contract A Mandatory Clause Insertion. The Volume Of Hours Indicated Which Must Be Reserved For The Hiring Of One Or More People Engaged In An Integration Path, Constitutes A Mandatory Minimum Of 20,000 Hours. The Terms And Conditions Are Described In Article 23 Of The Draft Contract.
