Engineering Services – Replacement Construction Of The Wilhelmsbrücke, Restricted Implementation Competition According To Rpw With Subsequent Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With Sections 17 And 74 Vgv. Process: The Award Procedure Is Divided Into 3 Stages. A) Participation Competition: It Is Planned To Allow A Maximum Of 12 Participants In Total For The Implementation Competition. Of These, 3 Participants Were Seated In Advance. The Other 9 Participants Will Be Determined Via The Public Participation Competition. The Exclusion, Selection And Suitability Criteria Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Attached Application For Participation. All Required Evidence And Self-Declarations Must Be Enclosed With The Application. If An Applicant Cannot Provide Just One Explanation/Proof Of The Exclusion Criteria, He Or She Will Be Excluded From The Procedure. The Client Only Provides For A Subsequent Request For Missing Explanations Or Evidence In Accordance With Section 56 Paragraph 2 Vgv If Fewer Than 9 Applicants Meet The Admission Requirements. For Legal Entities, The Technical Requirements Are Met If Their Statutory Business Purpose Includes Planning Services That Correspond To The Task At Hand And If The Authorized Representative Of The Legal Entity Meets The Technical Requirements That Are Placed On Natural Persons. Applicant Groups Must Enclose A Declaration That They Form An Applicant Group And That Each Member Of The Applicant Group Is Jointly And Severally Liable. An Authorized Representative Must Also Be Named. The Declaration Must Be Signed By All Members Of The Applicant Community By Naming The Company And The Person Making The Declaration. Each Member Of An Applicant Community Must Meet The Exclusion Criteria Separately And, If Necessary, Attach The Evidence As An Attachment. The Application For Participation Must Be Documented And Completed In Its Entirety By The Applicant Community. The Evidence Must Be Attached As An Appendix. Form 234 Must Be Used As A Declaration For The Applicant Community. The Services For Structural Planning According To Hoai 2021 Part 4 Section 1 § 51 Represent The Main Part Of The Order. The Awarding Authority Therefore Stipulates In Accordance With Section 47 Paragraph 5 Vgv That The Structural Planning Must Be Carried Out Directly By The Bidder Himself Or, In The Case Of A Bidding Consortium, By A Participant In The Bidding Consortium. The Structural Engineer Is In Charge. When Submitting The Application To Participate, It Is Mandatory To Use The Application Documents And Forms Provided By The Awarding Authority. The Electronically Completed Application Document Including The Required Attachments Must Be Made Available On The Procurement Platform In A Timely Manner. The Respective Information Must Be Supported By Verifiable Documents And Enclosed As Appendices. Contact Persons (Builders Representatives) For Information On The Specified Reference Projects Must Be Named. Additional Documents Beyond Those Required Will Not Be Considered. The Reference Objects Must Have Been Provided In The Applicants Company. The Reference Is Also Considered Fulfilled If The Service Is Acquired As A Responsible Project Manager In Another Office
