In The North Of The State Capital Potsdam, In The Fahrland District, Is The Former Krampnitz Barracks Area That Is To Be Developed. The State Capital Potsdam And The Development Agency Potsdam Gmbh, As Its Trustee, Intend To Develop The Approximately 140 Hectare Area In Several Construction Phases. In The First Construction Phase, The Development Of The Historic Barracks Area Has Already Been Carried Out. The Development Also Includes The Creation Of Rain Gardens And Lawn Depressions For Street Drainage As Well As Green Strips Alongside The Streets. The Present Task Description Includes The Developmental Care Of The Plants In The Rain Gardens, The Care Of The Lawn Hollows And The Green Strips In The Area Of The 1St Ba For A Period Of Three Years. The Period Of Development Maintenance Begins In 2025. Green-Cutting Work On Vegetation In The Public Sidewalk Areas Must Also Be Carried Out.
