Hotel Services – Reservation And Purchase Of Accommodation In Hotels In Poland And Abroad For Delegates Of The Civil Aviation Office. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Booking And Purchasing Accommodation In Hotels In The Country And Abroad For Delegates Of The Civil Aviation Office In The Number Of: 1) 750 Seats In The Country, 2) 238 Seats Abroad. The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Detail In This Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E. In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Parameters Not Worse Than Those, Which Were Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 99(5) Of The Act). If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions Are Acceptable In Each Case. The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer For Lack Of Compliance With The Above, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 101, Section 5 Act).
