Government Services - Conception And Implementation Of The Area Monitoring System Of Agricultural Land For The State Of Saxony-Anhalt In Accordance With Article 70 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/2116 Based On Sentinel Satellite Data And Other Methods. Service Components Include: The Transfer Of Data (Plots Per Application Year) And Return Of Results Via Predefined Interfaces. The Contractor Checks This Data Within The Control Windows Using Automated Satellite Image Analysis Of The Sentinel Data, Including The Use Of Other Methods, Until A Result Is Determined. Examples Of “Other Methods” Can Include Other Data Sources In Addition To Sentinel Data (E.G. Dop From Land-Based Flights, Higher-Resolution Satellite Data, Information From The Reference System (Lpis)). For This Purpose, The Service Provider Can Use The Current Digital Orthophotos (Dop) From The State Survey Of The State Survey Administration (If Available, 50% Of The State Area Annually) And, If Necessary, Other Higher-Resolution Satellite Data. The Service Is Provided Annually Within The Scope Of The Contract Term For Each Application Year Or Per Calendar Year.
