Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Maintenance Services For Waterless Dry Toilets Helsinki-Huussi. The Helsinki Urban Environment Department Is Requesting Your Offer For The Cleaning And Maintenance Service Of Waterless Dry Toilets (Helsinki-Huussie). There Are Currently Three (3) Dry Toilets Ready. They Are Located In Pornaistenniemi In The Immediate Vicinity Of Vanhankaupunginlahti (Ob. Jokisuuntie/Southern End), Uutela Outdoor Recreation Area (Ob. Särkkäniemi / In Connection With Uutela Koda) And In The Malmi Airport Area Near The East-West Light Traffic Route Running Between Tattarisuontie And Vasaratie On The Edge Of The Youth Traffic Training Area). Cleaning Service Refers To The Cleaning Of Waterless Dry Toilets (Units) And The Covered Corridor, Washing (Dirt), Taking Care Of Cleanliness/Hygiene, Taking Care Of The Sufficiency Of Supplementary Products, I.E. Toilet Paper, Hand Sanitizer, Mixing Agent And Whiteboard Chalk, Removing Debris From The Interior, Emptying Garbage Containers And Monitoring The Functionality Of The Building. Maintenance Service Means Taking Care Of The Functionality Of The Composting Dry Toilet Mechanism, Timely Replacement Of Containers And Transfer To Storage, Promotion Of The Composting Process, Taking Care Of The Transport Of Toilet Waste To The Final Treatment Place And Monitoring The Filling Of The Liquid Container And Ordering Emptying Or Changing The Filter Material Of The Filter That Filters The Liquids Into The Ground. In Connection With Cleaning And Maintenance Visits To The Toilets, The Functionality Of The Dry Toilet Tanks Is Monitored Regularly And It Is Ensured That Composting Starts And Stays Running. A More Detailed Breakdown Of The Service Is Included In Appendix 1 Service Description Of The Request For Tender. Based On The Competition, One Service Provider Is Selected. The Planned Start Date Of The Contract Period Is March-April 2025. The Actual Contract Period Is 24 Months. The Subscriber Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period With Three One (1) Year Option Periods. The Subscriber Makes The Decision To Implement The Option Period Before The End Of The Contract Period.
