Project New Government Quarter Construction Stage 1 Is To Be Ready For Occupancy In January 2026. In This Connection, Around 2,100 Ministry Employees Are Moving From Existing Premises. Construction Stage 1 Will House The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, The Prime Ministers Office, The Ministry Of Justice And Emergency Preparedness, The Ministry Of Climate And Environment, The Ministry Of Trade And Fisheries And Parts Of Employees From Other Ministries. As Part Of The Agreement, The Supplier Must Offer Consultancy Services For Project Management And Relocation Planning. The Agreement Will Also Cover The Ministerial Communitys Ongoing Needs For General Moving, Transport And Assembly Services In The Ministerial Community After The Current Framework Agreement For Such Services Expires In April 2026. In The Main, There Is A Need For Services That Cover Various Small Tasks Such As Moving Smaller Objects, Screwing Furniture And Assembly, Removal Of Various Waste, Etc., As Well As Moving Larger Objects. The Moving Assignments Will Be Both Internally Within The Buildings, Between Buildings And To External Locations. The Relocation Assignments Can Also Take Place In Connection With The Closure And Emptying Of Locations As Well As The Establishment Of New Locations. The Supplier Must Also Be Able To Offer Storage If Required. For Larger Projects, There Will Be A Need For Greater Storage Capacity.
