The Subject Of The Present Procedure Is For The Selection Of A Contractor Company For Ongoing Repairs, Overnight 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance In All Parts Of The Student Dormitories And Chairs Of Psso - Unss. By Order No. 80 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 07.08.1997 13 Buildings Of Public State Property Have Been Granted To Unss For Management And Management, Of Which 12 Student Dormitories Blocks No. 9, 23A, 23B, 24, 26, 36B, 38, 40A, 53B, 55B, 55D, 61A And Student Chair No. 33 .For All Properties Of 01.03.2012 Deeds Of Public State Property Have Been Issued. The Facilities Are Located In Sofia, Student District, Hristo Botev Student Town And Were Put Into Operation In The Period 1971 To 1989. Their Total Built-Up Area Is 14394.93 Sq.M., The Total Expanded Built-Up Area Is 94192.67 Sq.M. The Building Construction Of Student Dormitory Block No. 9 Is A Large-Area Formwork, That Of Student Hall No. 33 Is Monolithic, And That Of All Other Blocks Is Panel. The Roofs Are Flat, Unusable. According To Art. 137 Of The Zut, All The Buildings Provided To The Unss Are Of The Third Category - High-Rise Buildings Over 15.00 M, With The Number Of Visitors From 200 To 1000. Student Dormitory Block No. 9 Has 12 Floors Plus A Basement, Student Hall No. 33 Has Two Floors Plus Basement, And The Rest Of The Buildings Are Eight Stories Plus A Basement. Repairs Related To Measures To Increase Energy Efficiency Were Carried Out In 2007. Of Block No. 23A And B, In 2008. Of Block No. 36B, In 2009. Of Student Dormitory Block № 24, In 2013.
