framework Agreement For Consultancy Services Within Business Development - Rauma Municipality . Rauma Municipality Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase Of Consultancy Services Within Business Development. In This Connection, The Rauma Municipal Council Has Made The Following Decision In Case 87/22: A Joint Tender For Business Development And Contact, Hoppid, Case Management For The Kraftfondet, The Attractiveness Project And The Immigration Office For Rauma Municipality Is Being Prepared, So That Work Can Be Done Predictably With Business- And Community Development. The Tenderer Must Be Able To Work From A Location In Rauma. The Matter Will Be Submitted For Political Consideration Before Tenders Are Announced.It Is Also Desirable That Destination Management Is Included In The Tender And The Framework Agreement. The Following Deliveries Are Included In The Framework Agreement: 1. The First Line Service Hoppid. The Main Purpose Is To Deliver Services Within Business Development To Achieve More Jobs In Rauma. The Supplier Must Ensure Interaction Between The Municipality And Business. 2. Secretariat For The Municipalitys Power Fund. The Work Involves, Among Other Things, Case Management And Secretarial Functions For The Board Of The Power Fund. There Are Plans For 6 Meetings A Year. 3. Destination Management. When Rauma Is Awarded The Label Sustainable Destination, This Means That The Destination Must Work Systematically For A More Sustainable Development In Tourism. Note That Recertification Of Sustainable Travel Destinations Is Not Included In The Framework Agreement. 4. Industry Consultancy Work. This Involves, Among Other Things, Working Both On A General Basis And On Order For Business Projects/Initiatives, Housing Development, Close Contact With Industry/Tourism/Trade, Etc. 5. Citizens Office And Attractiveness Project. Assistance, Guidance And Information For Those Who Are New To Rauma. Various Measures And Projects To Contribute To Housing And Attractiveness. 6. Work With Applications For Co-Financing For The Various Relevant Deliveries From Other Stakeholders/Actors Such As Business, County Council, State, Gassror, Etc. The Tenderer Must Be Able To Work From A Location In Rauma For Performance Of Work That Requires Physical Proximity. Meetings In Kraftfondet Must Be Physical. The Supplier Must Come Up With A Proposal For A Solution For Other Deliveries, But It Is Desirable To Be Physically Close, Especially Within The Hoppid And Residents Office Deliveries. For These Two Deliveries, There Will Occasionally Be A Requirement For Physical Presence In Meetings With Residents And Stakeholders, And Proposed Solutions Must Respond To This. The Duration Of The Agreement Is 4 Years, With The Unilateral Option For The Client To Extend The Agreement For One + One Year For Up To A Total Of 6 Year. Both Supplier And Client Can Terminate The Agreement With One Months Notice Before The Extension Date. The Financial Framework For The Procurement From Rauma Municipality Is Nok 1.5 Million Per Year Including Vat. The Amount Is Only A Tentative Estimate Based On Historical Data On The Level Of Activity. For A Duration Of Up To 6 Years, The Framework Agreement Will Have An Expected Value Of Nok 9 Million Incl. Vat, But The Value Of Calls May Vary From Year To Year, Depending On Future Needs. The Assumed Contract Value Is Of An Informative Nature Only And The Client Is Not Bound By It. The Volume And Scope Of Projects And Level Of Activity May Vary As A Result Of Changes In Economic Framework Conditions, Political Decisions And The Market Situation In General. The Framework Agreement Has In All Cases Reached Its Exhaustive Effect If The Sum Of Call-Offs Reaches Nok 12.5 Million Incl. Vat
