The Framework Agreement Shall Cover The Armed Forces Needs For Storage Facilities In An Expedient And Cost-Effective Manner. Furnishings Ordered Under This Framework Agreement Will Also Be Able To Be Used At Facilities Other Than The Armed Forces Warehouse, Such As Workshops, Laboratories, Teaching Rooms, Archives And More. The Scope And Complexity Of The Deliveries May Vary In Relation To Estimated Needs And For Each Individual Call-Off. It Must Be Able To Be Delivered To All Of The Armed Forces Locations In Norway, And The Supplier Must, If Necessary, Be Prepared To Deliver For Larger Furnishing Projects. Where The Armed Forces Deems It Appropriate It Will Also Be Possible To Order Products For The Armed Forces Locations Abroad. In That Case, The Delivery Time And Conditions Must Otherwise Be Separately Agreed In Each Individual Call. The Need May Change During The Agreement Period. Historical Figures Should Only Be Regarded As Indicative Estimates. Variation In Scope May Over Time Depend On Overall Political, Strategic And Operational Decisions, Or Other Circumstances. Deviations In Relation To Estimated Needs Do Not Give Grounds For Claims Or Negotiations. Estimated Total Value Over The Agreement Period, Maximum Duration Of Four Years - Incl. Options, Are Assumed To Be In The Order Of Approx. Nok 200,000,000 - 400,000,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Based On Best Judgement, And The Size Of The Scope Will Depend On The Armed Forces Activity. There Is A Great Need For Warehouse Fittings, But Call-Offs Depend On Future Frameworks And Budgets. The Volume Of Future Call-Offs Will Occur Where The Clients Activity Is Greatest, And Larger Deliveries In Northern Norway Must Be Expected
