Procurement Of Framework Agreement For Carpentry Services . The Client Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Carpentry Services. The Framework Agreement Includes Carpentry Services That Are To Be Used On Both The Maintenance And Investment Budgets. The Procurement Includes, Among Other Things, The Following Services: • Maintenance And Incidental Work • Planned Maintenance Jobs And Projects Of Variable Sizes • Urgent Repairs • New Construction It Will, However, Also Be Accompanied By The Delivery Of Some Material, As In Many Cases It Will Be Appropriate For The Supplier To Bring It The Material That Is Necessary In Connection With The Execution Of The Assignment In Question. Even If The Procurement Includes Some Material, It Is Emphasized That This Agreement Does Not Grant Any Exclusivity On The Delivery Of Such Material, And That The Principal Is Otherwise Not Obliged To Purchase Material From The Supplier. The Client Is Thus Free To Purchase Material From Our Other Framework Agreements And Still Use An Agreement Supplier For Work To Be Carried Out Without A Mark-Up In The Agreed Prices For Work.
