Procurement - Temporary Services For Kindergartens, Preschools And Schools, 2024 . Through This Procurement, The Client Wishes To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With Up To 3 Suppliers, Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Qualified Suppliers. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Cover The Customers Needs For The Procurement Of Temporary Services For Kindergartens, Preschools And Schools, In Participating Municipalities, In Accordance With Requirement Specification. The Temporary Services Must Cover The Municipalities Extraordinary Needs, Where The Municipalities Themselves Are Unable To Cover With Their Own Temporary Workers Employed By The Municipality. The Agreement Applies To Both Substitutes For Unplanned Absences (E.G. Illness) And Planned Absences (E.G. Holidays In The Summer). The Businesses In The Municipalities Have Slightly Different Strategies In Relation To The Use Of Temp Services, Some Use Them Regularly Throughout The Year, While Some Have A Greater Need For Temps During Holidays. The Supplier Must Be Able To Supply Temporary Workers According To This Agreement, To All Municipalities That Participate In This Agreement. It Is Important For The Client To Have A Well-Functioning Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Temporary Services At All Times. From The Start Of The Agreement, The Supplier Must Be Ready To Undertake Assignments In All Municipalities Participating In The Agreement. The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer The Following Job Groups: Assistant/ Unskilled Child And Youth Worker/ Skilled Worker It Is Desirable That The Supplier Can Offer Kindergarten Teacher, But It Is Not A Requirement. If The Supplier Can Offer This, The Customer Can Use The Agreement For This, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. All Professional Personnel On Offer Must Have The Necessary Competence In Accordance With Established Legal Requirements For The Job Category. All Performance Of The Service Must Be In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Nursery Act (Nursery Act). Notes To The Agreement: The Agreement Can Be Used For Schools And Preschools, But The Customer Can Bypass The Agreement If Necessary For These Businesses. Assignments That Have Begun Before The Start Of The Agreement Of These Agreements Expire Their Agreement Period. Assignments That Have Been Confirmed Outside Of This Agreement Before The Start Of The Agreement Can Be Carried Out In Accordance With Order Confirmations. The Individual Municipality Is Legally And Financially Responsible For Orders/Calls Made In Accordance With This Agreement. The Terms Of The Agreement Apply To All Orders Confirmed Within The Agreement Period, Even If Delivery Takes Place After The Expiry Of This Framework Agreement. Orders Will Be Made By Businesses Or A Central Ordering Unit In The Individual Municipality.
