The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Entities With Access To Software Supporting The Process Of Conducting Public Procurement Procedures And Awarding Public Contracts Via Electronic Means Of Communication, Hereinafter Referred To As The System, Along With The Implementation And Provision Of System Development Services. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain The System, Including Providing Technical Support For The System, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In § 5 Of Annex No. 5 To Swz - Contract Template And To Provide Training Services.
