1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In 2025 Of Vouchers (Vouchers) For People Using: 1) Social Assistance Benefits, 2) Family And Alimony Benefits. 2. Estimated Value Of The Ordered Vouchers: Pln 175,000.00 (Minimum Pln 80,000.00), Including: 1) Food Vouchers Up To Pln 160,000.00 With A Face Value Of Pln 10, 2) Gift Vouchers Up To Pln 15,000.00 With A Face Value Of Pln 20 Or 50 ;For Which The Centers Clients Will Purchase Groceries Or Industrial, At Points Indicated By The Contractor In The City Of Starogard Gdański. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Vouchers Ordered And Will Not Bear Any Negative Financial Consequences Related To This. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Vouchers Ordered. 5. Mops Customers Will Only Purchase Food And Industrial Products With Vouchers. It Is Unacceptable To Spend Cigarettes And Alcohol, Including Beer, For Vouchers. 6. Coupons Should Be Protected Against Counterfeiting. 7. Vouchers Should Have An Expiry Date And A Subsequent Identification Number. 8. Coupons Should Be Numbered Consecutively In Each Delivery. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable The Redemption Of Vouchers In At Least Six Stores, Including At Least Three Grocery Stores And Three Industrial Stores In The City Of Starogard Gdański, Open At Least 8 Hours A Day From 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. On Weekdays And At Least 4 Hours Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. On Saturdays. The Term Food Outlets And Industrial Stores Also Means Supermarkets And Discount Stores. 10. Vouchers Will Be Delivered To The Seat Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 6, 83-200 Starogard Gdański, As Recipients Of Vouchers. 11. Vouchers Will Not Require Cutting, Stamping Or Signing By The Ordering Party. 12. The Contractor Will Include The Following Information On The Coupons: Prohibition Of Sale Of Tobacco And Alcohol Products. 13. Minimum Validity Period Of Vouchers: Until March 31, 2026. 14. The First Quantity And Delivery Date Of Vouchers Will Take Place On The Date Agreed After Signing The Contract. 15. The Basis For The Acceptance Of Each Batch Of The Delivered Item Will Be The Acceptance Report Prepared Upon Receipt Of The Delivery. 16. The Contractor Will Deliver The Vouchers To The Ordering Partys Office Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. 17. In The Event Of Delivery Of Coupons That Do Not Comply With The Specification Or Are Defective, The Ordering Party Will Return The Non-Compliant Goods To The Contractor, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Coupons That Comply With The Specification Within 2 Business Days. 18. All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order (Printing, Transport, Insurance, Delivery, Return) Until The Protocol Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Are Covered By The Contractor.
