Note:- (i) The diameterof the bore hole should be sufficient large enough for lowering well assembly of 250mm casing pipe. Note - (a) The exact location of bore well shall be indicated by the engineer-in-charge based on the CGWB report available with the department at the time of commencement of work on ground.(b) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of machinery, loading unloading, cost of fuel,other lubricants, transportation of all tools, moblization of machine, demoblization after completion of work of machine and accessories complete. (c) For the payment purpose only single unit of work for trial bore shall be measured & paid. (d) Necessary mandatory clearance from the concerned statutory /governing body or J&K PHE ground water department as the case may be shall be obtained by the contractor before commencement of work and the fees / charges on this account shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against Items.(e) Depending upon the avialability of water bearing strata if drilling beyond 100 m depth is required, the same shall be carried out after taking order from GE and rate for drilling beyond 100m depth shall be paid at the rates quoted for srl item No 4. (f) Verticality of the borewell shall be supported with verticality test certificate before lowering of casing pipe.The cost of verticality test is deemed to be include in unit rate. 28 All as per
