REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF WATER COOLED SCREW CHILLED AIR CONDITINING PLANT 3 X 450 TON CAPACITY AT PH-II BLDG MH KHADKI COMPLETE WITH AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT OF FILTER UNSV CONTROL VALVES, MS PIPES INSULATION OF CHILLED WATER PIPE,DUCTS,CONTROL PANEL,STARTER ,REWINDING OF MOTOR ,DESCALING OF CONDENSOR,COOLING TOWER,INCLUDING PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE AS PER MANUFACTURER MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE COMPLETE AND CONNECTED CERTAIN OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF AIR CONDITIONING PLANT UNDER GE (MH& RH) KHADKI-Carrying out annual maintenance of 450 TR water chillier plant by approved OMC (original manufacturingcompany i.e DUNHAM-BUSH)including following routine work . 2 i)Inspecting the machine 3 times a year in equal quarters. Duringthis inspection the following work will be carried out:ii)Checking the refrigeration systemiii)Checking the operation of controlsiv)Checking of microprocessor logic operationv)Attending to service calls for trouble diagnosis apart from scheduled quarterly visits.vi) Reporting to Enginner-in- Chargethe condition of machine at the timeofinspectionand attending the same by overhaulingcompressor/replacingcomponents, 3 vii) Checking thesystemforanyleaksandrectificationofleaks.(iffound Leakage, repair on chargeable basis)viii) Taking set of readingsandevaluatingtoensuresatisfactoryperformanceof the plantix) Informing the operating personnel of changes or adjustments made and recommending to them improvements in trouble free operation of the plantNote:-i) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only taking down and fixing new spare shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under this item in case required.ii) Imparting operational training to our operating staff at thebeginningof contract 4 Supply only the following defective / worn out spares / controls for the chillier Plant all as specified and as directed. 5 Pressure transducer - Low pressure / High Pressure / Oil pressure up to 10 Kg / cm2 6 Temperature sensor suitable for the chillier unit. 7 Pressure relief valve 8 Gasket Partition Sr no M05 9 Valve-Ball 7/8 Sr-17307 10 Valve-Ball 1/8 Sr-17309 11 Valve Saloined 5/8 ODF 12 M & L for descaling of complete condenser units for central/ package type AC plant of capacity 450 TR by means of adding descaling chemical solution or equivalent in the cooling tower sump of required quantity and circulating the liquid to remove the scales inside the pipes and removing side covers of condenser, cleaning the water tubes by scrubbing with nylon brushes and flushing with fresh water, re fixing the covers, Inlet and out let pipes including replacement of neoprenerubber gasket etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge 13 Repairing, servicing and overhauling the centrifugal pump by dismantling the pump coupled with induction motor, opening the pump, inspecting for defects and replacing the worn out parts like gland bush, bearings, gland bolts and nuts,gland packing, gasket, water seal etc including repairs to pump shaft by remetalling, grinding, polishing and reassembling the same and replacing the rusted nuts, bolts, washers etc and coupling with motor testing complete for the following capacity of pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 Primary chillier pump20 HP of make Kirloskar, Crompton, Shakti 15 Secondary chillier Pump 40 HP of make Bell & Gossett 16 Condenser Pump 30 HP of make Kirloskar, Crompton, Shakti 17 M & L for taking out the centrifugal pumpmotor andtransporting to work shop , split opening the motor removing the unserviceableburntwindingwire, cleaning the slots, re winding with super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing and drying and reassembling and transporting back to site , coupling with pump testing cooling fan blades from the position, electrical connections and taking down the cooling tower motor of capacity 10 HP, split opening the motor, removing the burnt out winding, cleaning the slots re winding with super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable size including insulating materials, varnishing and drying and reassembling and transporting back to siteand testing on commissioning all as directed by Engineer -in Charge. 24 Supply and fix cooling tower fins as per existing size and shape during all as specified and directed 25 Descaling of cooling tower by dismantling the cooling tower fins removing the scales in the fins, sump by scrubbing with wire / nylon brush and refixing the fins in position including replacing the float valve for supply water line, painting the steel/wooden surfaces with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide primer and testing the cooling tower all as specified and as directed. 26 Supply andreplace the worn out"V" belts of
