The Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 3 To The Swz, And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Design Documentation And Annex No. 4A To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities.5. The Reconstruction Of External Installations Will Be Carried Out In A Building Open 7 Days A Week And Therefore It Will Be Necessary To Agree On A Detailed Schedule Of Construction Works With The Ordering Party And The User.6. Construction Works Should Be Organized In Such A Way That They Do Not Disrupt The Work And Operation Of The Entire Facility. Free Access To The Building Must Be Ensured For Disabled People. The User Should Be Notified At Least 3 Days In Advance Of Any Difficulties Related To Interruptions In The Supply Of Utilities And Planned Overvoltages In Sanitary Facilities.
