The Subject Of The Order Is To Protect Defects In The Road Surface In Dzierżoniów By: Placing A Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, Including: - Cleaning The Place Of The Defect, - Spreading The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of The Damage; - Compaction Individual Layers Of The Mineral And Asphalt Mixture, 2. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of Each Notification By The Ordering Party Of The Need To Fill In Any Gaps On The Road. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials In Accordance With Stwiorb (Annex No. 7 To Swz). The Materials Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law. Attached To This Swz Is A Map With The Area Of ​​The Dzierżoniów Municipality, Where Partial Road Renovations Will Be Carried Out (Annex No. 8 To The Swz).4. Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Roadsides, Etc., 5) Marking The Zone Of Works Carried Out On Your Own And At Your Own Expense, 6) Removal Of Demolition Materials Waste And Its Disposal, As Well As Tidying Up The Area After The Completed Works, At Your Own Expense, 7) Performing The Works In A Way That Disorganizes Road Traffic As Little As Possible And Removing Unnecessary Signs, Construction Materials And Equipment On An Ongoing Basis, 8) Preparing The Subject Of The Order For Acceptance After Checking The Correctness Of Its Execution, 9) Keeping A Book Of Quantity Surveys Of Works. 10) Providing The Ordering Party, Within 10 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Contractors Declaration On Training In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Environmental Protection At The Workplace Of Employees Employed In The Performance Of Works Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In Question, 11) The Contractor Is A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of The Waste Act And On It All Obligations Specified In The Above-Mentioned Act Apply.
