4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Non-Residential Properties Located In The Wierzbica Commune.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management (In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy) Of Municipal Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, The Level Of Storage Of Municipal Waste And Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste, And The Level Of Limiting The Mass Of Municipal Waste Undergoing Biodegradation Transferred To Storage, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 R., Item 399) And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, The Provisions Of The Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Wierzbica Commune, In Force During The Term Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Collection, Transport And Management Municipal Waste Regardless Of The Weather Conditions From Any Place, From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Wierzbica Commune Including Supplying The Property With Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste And Replacing Bags On Stands At Bus Stops And Parking Lots; 2) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party Delivered By Residents Of The Wierzbica Commune To The Stationary Point Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) On Its Opening.4.3.
