1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Conducting Training For Students Of The Secondary School Complex No. 1. Tadeusz Kościuszko In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, As Part Of The Project Entitled Innovative It Specialists No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0023/23 Implemented Under Priority 8. European Funds For Education And Personnel In The Łódź Province, Measure 8.8 Vocational Training Of The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Province 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Union From The Funds European Social Fund Plus Z Scope:1) Modern Techniques For Diagnosing, Modifying And Repairing Ecological Electronic Packages In It Devices, Including Space Elements (Ipc);2) Ecological Assembly And Repair Of Bga Components Found In It Devices And Applications Operating In Outer Space (Bga).2. The Funds Spent On Training Come From At Least 70% Of Public Funds Within The Meaning Of The Public Finance Act. This Declaration Is Aimed At The Possibility Of Applying The Vat Exempt Rate In Accordance With Art. 43 Section 1 Point 29C Of The Act On Tax On Goods And Services And § 3 Section 1 Point 14 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 20, 2013 On Exemptions From Tax On Goods And Services And The Conditions For Applying These Exemptions.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include Any Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product. If The Name/Number/Title Of The Standard, Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is For Informational Purposes Only Or Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Order And Should Be Understood As Examples And Considered Together With The Word Or Equivalent Provided That It Is Guaranteed That Parameters Are Not Worse (The Same As Those Described In The Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.4. If A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. Is Indicated In The Swz Or Annexes To The Swz. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent, Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Obligation To Demonstrate That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Lies With The Contractor. In The Event Of Offering Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Requirement Arising From Art. 101
