During The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Party Will Not Answer The Contractors Questions. Contractors Are Asked To Formulate Any Questions And Submit Them To The Ordering Party In The Manner Indicated In This Specification. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation For Contractors To Check Additional Documents Available On Site From The Ordering Party. All Documents In The Possession Of The Ordering Party Have Been Made Available To Contractors On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure. The Ordering Party Extended The Minimum Deadline For Submitting Offers. Note: Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies Requirements Regarding The Confidentiality Of Information Provided To Contractors During The Procedure, I.E. In Relation To Documentation Regarding The Security System. These Documents Are Confidential (Hereinafter Referred To As Confidential Documents) And Pursuant To Art. 133 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Does Not Make Them Available On The Website. The Ordering Party Imposes Requirements On Contractors Aimed At Protecting The Confidential Nature Of Information Contained In Confidential Documents. In Fulfilling The Statutory Requirement, The Ordering Party Indicates That Confidential Documents Will Be Made Available To Contractors Directly. For This Purpose, The Contractor Should Ask The Ordering Party To Provide The Data To The Ftp Account (Login And Password) In Accordance With Annex No. 11 To The Terms Of Reference By Submitting A Confidentiality Declaration. The Ordering Party Allows Sending A Scan Of The Letter Signed By Persons Authorized To Represent The Contractor. After Receiving The Letter, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Data To The Ftp Server From Where The Confidential Documentation Should Be Downloaded.
