Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Reception And Treatment Of Waste From Nitrous Oxide Containers In The Tours Métropole Val De Loire Area. The Start Date (March 1, 2025) Indicated In This Notice Is Provided For Information Purposes Only. This Communication Has No Contractual Value. The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement Begins From Its Notification To The Holder Under The Conditions Provided For In The Specification Of Special Administrative Clauses. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders And Service Orders Serving As Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include Options (Similar Services And Renewals). In Compliance With The Regulations In Force, The Market Aims To Ensure The Collection Of Containers Of Nitrous Oxide In Recycling Centers Present In The Territory Of Tours Métropole Val De Loire (Tmvl). The Service Provider Processes And Recycles The Collected Containers. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 24 Months. At The End Of This Period, It Is Tacitly Renewed For The Same Period Under The Conditions Provided For In The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses. The Framework Agreement Sets A Maximum Of 500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For Its Initial Period. The Amount Is Identical For The Renewal Period. The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded.
