Rolling Stock – Purchase Of 12 Vehicles In Electric Traction Based On Hydrogen Fuel Cells And The Purchase Of The Maintenance And Repair Services Of These Vehicles, Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Vehicles. The Purchase Will Consist Of: A) Products: 1) 12 Cars In Electric Traction Based On Hydrogen Fuel Cells, According To The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Cs); 2) Other Equipment And Accessories, According To The Requirements Specified In The Cs. B) Services: 1) Maintenance And Repairs For A Period Of 15 Years. The Services Are Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Motor Vehicles, According To The Requirements Specified In The Cs; 2) Training Of Personnel Regarding Exploitation, Operation Of Re-H And Software Applications; 3) Transport, Insurance, Commissioning, Technical Assistance During The Warranty Period. Considering The Provisions Of Art. 221, Para. (1), Lit. A) From Law No. 98/2016, Updated, Regarding Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Of Art. 72, Paragraph (1), Letter (A) Of Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Conclusions Of The Feasibility Study, A Review Clause Will Be Provided In The Purchase Contract, The Possibility Of Supplementing The Maintenance Period With Another 15 Years (15 Years +15 Years), According To The Requirements Of The Sc. Supplementing The Purchased Quantities Can Be Done Without Organizing A Competitive Procedure, By Concluding Additional Documents To The Purchase Contract.
