The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of A Maximum Of 4,250 Tons Of Blast Furnace Slag Ground In Accordance With The Pn-En 15167-1 Standard Or Other Types Of By-Products Of High-Temperature Processing Of Metal Ores With Equivalent Solutions. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Offered Material Is A By-Product Of High-Temperature Processing Of Metal Ores And Will Meet The Following Physical And Chemical Properties: No. Property Required 1 Mgo Content ≤ 18% 2 S2- Content ≤ 2% 3 So3 Content ≤ 2.5% 4 Content Chlorides* ≤ 0.10% - The Maximum Content May Be Greater Than 0.1%, In This Case Situation, The Maximum Chloride Content Should Be Declared By The Contractor 5 Moisture Content ≤ 1.0% 6 Glassy Phase Content > 66.6% 7 Specific Surface ≥ 275 M2/Kg 8 Loss On Ignition With Correction For Sulphide Oxidation ≤ 3.0% 9 Beginning Of Setting Grout (50% Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag And 50% Cement Comparative Cem I) Cannot Be Longer Than Twice As Compared To The Beginning Of Setting Of The Grout Made Of Only Comparative Cement 2. The Slag Delivered By The Contractor Will Serve The Ordering Party As A Raw Material For The Production Of Grout Used To Carry Out Injection Mining Works In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Grout Will Be Produced In An Installation Built For This Purpose And Transported To The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Using Pipelines. 3. Delivery Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Slag On Separate Orders Of The Ordering Party. 2) The Speedway Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Within 3 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order By The Ordering Party. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Amount Of Slag That Should Be Delivered By The Contractor And The Required Date And Time Of Delivery. 3) Orders Will Be Forwarded To The Contractor Via E-Mail To The Indicated E-Mail Address And Confirmed By Telephone To The Indicated Telephone Number By Persons Authorized To Sign The Order On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Speedway At The Hours Specified In The Order, With A Tolerance Of Up To 60 Minutes. 5) Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days From Monday To Friday, 24 Hours A Day (Including At Night), Up To A Maximum Of 7 Tankers Per Day. 6) If The Contractor Fails To Deliver The Slag At The Time Specified In The Order, Taking Into Account The Tolerance Period Referred To In Point 4, The Ordering Party May Be Forced To: A) Stop The Operation Of The Installation, B) Carry Out A Procedure For Cleaning The Installation And Pipelines In Order To Avoid The Grout From Solidifying In Installations Or Pipelines, Thereby Causing Their Destruction Or Serious Damage. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Slag In Self-Unloading Tank Trucks. A Single Delivery By Road Tanker Should Not Be Less Than 25 Tons And Not More Than 29 Tons. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Smaller Quantities Of Slag Than 25 Tons, But Not Less Than
