The Municipality Of Apeldoorn Carries Out A Weekly Quality Inspection At Many Locations Throughout The Public Space. This Assignment Concerns A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Value Of €260,000. The Stated Amount Is An Indication, Therefore No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. The Execution Of The Contract Is Planned From The Moment The Agreement Enters Into Force, Scheduled From February 20, 2025 To February 19, 2027, With An Option For Unilateral Extension By The Municipality Of Two Times By One Year. The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount Stated Above Under Scope Of Order. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender Of €390,000. Once This Value Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement May Only Be Used In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Invoked, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Municipality May No Longer Use It, Regardless Of The Remaining Term Of The Framework Agreement. In That Case, The Framework Agreement Will - If The Maximum Value Has Been Reached Or Will Be Exceeded Very Soon - Be Terminated By The Municipality With The Contractor With A Notice Period Of One Month, Without This Giving Rise To Any Right To Compensation From The Contractor To The Municipality. .
