The Expected Minimum Technical Parameters And The Detailed Technical Content Are In The Technical Description, Which Is Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. Other Requirements: -Warranty: 24 Months. - Service Partner With A European Headquarters/Location/Branch. -Language Of Contact: Hungarian -Have A Ce Certification -Hungarian And/Or English User Manual -The Device Must Comply With The Applicable Occupational Safety And Contact Protection Rules. - Possibility Of Delayed Measurement Start When Measuring Potentially Dangerous Substances. -At Least For The Duration Of The Warranty, The Tenderer Undertakes To Begin The Assessment Of The Defect Within 24 Hours From The Notification Of The Defect (In The Case Of A Public Holiday, The Next Working Day) And To Start The Repair Within 5 Calendar Days. - 230 Volt Power Supply Unit With A Connector According To European Standards For Charging And Operation From The Power Supply Unit. -Maintenance: 12 Months. Maintenance Must Be Carried Out At The Frequency Prescribed By The Manufacturer, But At Least Once Every 12 Months (Provided That The Manufacturer Does Not Prescribe More Frequent Maintenance). -Training: Training In Hungarian Provided By A Specialist With At Least 2 Years Of Professional Experience In The Use Of The Raman Spectroscope Or Raman Spectrometer (Commissioning And/Or Training And/Or Operation And/Or Repair And/Or Maintenance) For The Same - At Least 6 People , 1X8 Hours (1 Day) At The Place Of Operation, For Which A Training Protocol Is Prepared. It Is Expected That By The End Of The Training With The New Device, The Participants In The Training Will Be Able To Perform Routine Tests At The Skill Level. A Record Is Made Of The Training Sessions. Providing Support And Helpdesk Services On Working Days To Answer Questions That May Arise During The Use Of The Device. Test Operation: A Protocol Is Drawn Up On The Results Of The Test Operation - The Duration Of Which Is At Least 1 Working Day (8 Hours), Which Is A Mandatory Attachment To The Certificate Of Completion. The Tenderer Includes Any Type Designation Given In Terms Of The Above Technical Parameters - If It Can Be Interpreted In Terms Of Any Parameter - Solely For The Sake Of Easier Identification Of The Product, The Tenderer Accepts The Technically Equivalent Product. Proof Of Equivalence Is The Responsibility Of The Tenderer. Equivalence Can Be Proven By Any Means, E.G. Product Description, From Which Full Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Description Can Be Established.
