Street-Lighting Equipment – ​​Modernization Of Public Lighting In Pilsen - Stage 2022 - Part 1 And Stage 2022 - Part 2. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of Public Lighting Elements (In Particular Led Lamps) And The Related Implementation Of Assembly And Construction Works For The Purpose Of Reconstruction Of Public Lighting In The Statutory City Of Pilsen, All Within The Scope Of This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. The Purpose Of The Reconstruction Of Public Lighting Is To Reduce The Energy Demand Of The Public Lighting System While Meeting The Light-Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Related Czech Technical Standards And The Conditions Of The Subsidy Provider. The Implementation Is Divided Into Two Parts With The Names Npo 2022-1 And Npo 2022-2, Which Correspond To The Two Requests For A Grant Under The Npo Program Submitted By The Client. Despite This Phasing Of Parts Of The Public Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Award This Contract In Parts Within The Meaning Of Para. § 35 Zzvz; The Result Of The Procurement Procedure Will Be The Conclusion Of A Contract With One (1) Selected Supplier. The Order Will Be Co-Financed From The Resources Of The National Recovery Plan Within The Subsidy Program Of The Ministry Of Industry And Trade. Given That One Of The Conditions For Drawing Subsidy Funds Is Compliance With The Calculated Energy Savings, The Participant Must Declare And Prove The Achievement Of The Required Electricity Savings In Their Offer While Simultaneously Complying With The Normative Values ​​In Accordance With The Related Czech Technical Standards And Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Participant Proves The Amount Of The Required Electricity Savings By Filling In The Value In The Cover Sheet Of The Offer: Total Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Planned Vo System (Corresponds To 4,100 Hours Of Vo Operation) Calculated According To The Total Installed Power Input Of The Luminaires Designed By Him, While The Maximum Value Of The Total Annual Electricity Consumption The Solved Energy Of The Vo System Of The Newly Designed Luminaires Must Not Exceed The Following Value: For Part Npo 2022-1 82 046 Kwh, For Part Npo-2 60,183 Kwh. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Sec. § 6 Par. 3 Of The Act Stipulates A Binding Condition That Only A Supplier Is Authorized To Submit An Offer That Has Its Seat In A Member State Of The European Union, The European Economic Area Or The Swiss Confederation, Or In Another State That Has Concluded An International Agreement With The Czech Republic Or The European Union Guaranteeing Access To Suppliers From These States To The Awarded Public Contract. Such An International Agreement Primarily Means The Government Procurement Agreement (Gpa). The Contracting Authority Warns The Participants That Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is: 1.
