The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. 40 Necessary manufacturers test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. 41 Copy of Type Approval Certificate and Certificate of COP must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-IV+). 42 Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer / OEM. 43 The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier. Necessary spare/lubricant incl. necessary service as per OEM standard should be provided by the agency during the warranty period. 44 AMF PANEL 45 Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 100KVA DGset having following specification/features. 46 415V, 160A, 4P, 36kA MCCB with adjustable O/L, S/C, E/F protection release - 2 sets (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 47 415V, 160A, 4P, AC/DC operated contactor with suitable nos. of NO & NC contacts -2 sets (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 48 In Built By-Pass switch (415V, 160A, 4P Change Over) for rated capacity (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 49 On - delay timer for load change over (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 50 On - delay timer for engine shut off (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 51 Engine On-Off switch (Push button type) (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T). 52 Battery charger complete with voltage regulator, booster selector switch, on-off switch, voltmeter and ammeter for charging the battery from mains. (Make - RR Kable/Finolex/Havells) 76 Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.2.5 sqmm 77 EARTHING 78 Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S&F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (2 nos. for DG neutral & 2 nos. for DG body earthing). 79 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm diaholes on the GI pipe 80 Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode. 81 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts,nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required. 82 Supply & laying 1.1kV grade ISI marked 25 sqmm single core standard copper wire for DG neutral earth (Make: Finolex / Havells/ RR Kable) 83 Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. 84 Supplying and fixing 415V, 160A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc.(MAKE-L&T/HPL/Havells) 85 NOTES: 1. The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacture / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.2. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel andstandard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of the manufacture / OEM / authorised sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of Bill.3. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, Penal action will be will be taken as per existing rules.
