Rudzka. The Ordering Party Has A Construction Project Titled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Building At Ul. Rudzka In Rybnik For The Needs Of The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center” Developed By Biuro Projektowe Juriku Architekci From Rybnik, Ul. Wiejska 3 Along With The Building Permit - Decision No. 97/6740/2023 Of March 7, 2023 (The Above-Mentioned Decision Will Be Made Available To The Contractor After Signing The Contract.) The Documentation In The Possession Of The Ordering Party Includes: Architectural And Construction Design Land Development Design Technical Design, Construction Specialty -Constructiontechnical Design, Sanitary Specialization.Technical Design Of Installations Internal Electricaltechnical Design, Specialty: Low-Current Electrical Installationsexecutive Design - Architectural Specialty, Including, Among Others: Interior Design. In Addition, The Documentation Includes Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Individual Parts Of The Project. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Preparing A Design Of Changes For The Above-Mentioned Documentation, And The Functional And Utility Changes Presented And Described In The Preliminary Concept, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Pfu (Which Is An Annex To The Swz) And The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu), Obtaining A Change In The Decision On The Building Permit Or, If Necessary, A New Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Project Together With Furnishing It With Furniture And Household Appliances. The Scope Of Design Changes Results From The Exclusion From The Usable Area Of ​​The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center Of The Rooms Marked In Annex No. 1 To The Pfu With Numbers: 0.35 And 0.36 And Partially 0.34 And 0.01, Including Them In The Usable Laboratory Area. In Terms Of The Laboratory Rooms, The Works Include The Design And Construction Of The Main Entrance, Separating Part Of The Laboratory From The Part Of The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center In A Permanent Manner In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (Independent Zl Zones), And Adapting All Installations Enabling The Proper And Independent Functioning Of Both Parts Of The Building. All Changes To The Documentation Are Described In The Pfu. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Necessary Arrangements And The Final Obtaining Of A Change To The Building Permit Or A New Building Permit, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
