The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive, Cashless Purchases Of Fuel, Non-Fuel Products And A Car Washing Service In The City Of Olsztyn, Along With The Possibility Of Making Cashless Fuel Refueling Transactions In Olsztyn And The Entire Country. 2. The Contractor Must Have Fuel Stations That Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Regulations For Fuel Stations, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 24, 2023 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Liquid Fuel Bases And Stations, Long-Distance Transmission Pipelines For The Transport Of Crude Oil And Petroleum Products And Their Location (Journal Of Laws 223, Item 1707)3. The Fuel Being The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels Of June 26, 2024 (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1018) And The Pn-En 590 Standard Or Equivalent (Diesel Oil). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances At The Request Of The Ordering Party And Within The Time Limit Specified By The Ordering Party. 4. The Order Includes The Purchase Of Fuel: - Unleaded E 95 Petrol In The Amount Of - 2,400 Liters - Diesel Oil In The Amount Of - 12,600 Liters - Orlen Oil Engine Oil 10W/40 – 10 Liters (5 L Package) - Engine Oil Type: Castrol Magnateck Diesel 5W/40, Platinum Turbo Diesel Cf 5W/40 In Quantity - 50 Liters (5 L Package) - Ad Blue - 100 Liters (10 L Package) 5. Purchases Of The Above-Mentioned Fuels Will Be Made Using Cards Issued To The Cars Registration Number. Cards Must Be Secured With A Pin Code. Settlement Of Concluded Transactions With Vat Invoices No More Than Twice A Month. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Amount Due By Transfer To The Contractors Account Within 14 Days From The Date Of Invoice Issuance In Two Settlement Periods A Month. Full Monitoring Of The Transaction (Date, Place, Quantity, Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel And Fuel Purchase Value, Detailing The Cars Registration Number). 6. Currently, The Ordering Party Has Nine Cars. In 2025, It Is Expected To Increase By Two New Cars. 7. New Cards Will Be Issued To The Ordering Party Free Of Charge, And In The Event Of Their Loss, The Contractor Will Issue Additional Or Replacement Cards Free Of Charge. The Contractor Is To Ensure That The Card Is Blocked After Reporting Its Loss In The Sales Point Network. 8. The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Use Cashless Refueling Cards To Purchase Non-Fuel Products According To The Amount Limits Set For Individual Cards. 9. Using Cashless Refueling Cards, The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Use The Automatic Car Washing Service At The Contractors Gas Stations In The City Of Olsztyn In The Amount Of Approximately 120 Car Washes. 10.
