Sewerage Management Services – Public Service Concession For Wastewater Collection And Transport. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Entrust, By Way Of Public Service Concession, The Operation Of The Siam Public Wastewater Transport Service, Corresponding, To Date, To 35,784 Ml Of Network, 7 Discharge Stations, 1 Storm Overflow And 2 Discharge Station Overflows, 681 Manholes And 750 Direct Connections. The Contract Is Planned For A Period Of 6 Years From January 1, 2026. The Concession Includes: - The Exclusive Right For The Concessionaire To Provide Users With The Management Of The Service Within The Scope Of The Concession While Maintaining The Continuity Of The Public Service ; - Maintenance, Monitoring, Repairs Of All The Service Works Made Available By The Community Including The Wastewater Transport Network, The Discharge And Recovery Works, The Storm Overflows, Flow Meters, Rain Gauges And Piezometers; - The Obligation For The Concessionaire, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force, To Ensure The Monitoring, Operation, Maintenance And Repair Of Pipes And Ancillary Structures Intended For The Transport Of Wastewater From The Community Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract; - The Obligation To Ensure Maintenance And Control Of The Conformity Of Connections To The Public Network, To Check The Condition Of The Network By All Appropriate Means: Television Inspections, Conformity Surveys, Water Or Air Tightness Tests Or Smoke Tests, Visual Inspections In Order To Detect Poor Connections, Parasitic Water Ingress And Any Anomaly Likely To Harm The Proper Functioning Of The Network, The Performance And Reliability Of The Sanitation System And The Environment; - The Obligation To Detect And Correct Network Anomalies, Localized Malfunctions Of The Licensed Service, To Maintain Monitoring Of The Level Of Its Performance, In Particular The Tightness And Selectivity Of The Networks And Connections; - Carrying Out The Work Defined In The Draft Contract; - The Right To Collect A Fee From Users In Remuneration For The Service Provided
