In Application Of Article L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): - The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services; In Fact, The Constraints Relating To The Market Do Not Allow The Identification Of Divisible Services. The Contract Must Be Processed By A Single Candidate In Order To Guarantee Its Homogeneity And Technical Consistency. The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Partly At A Global And Fixed Price And Partly Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. For The Part Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders: The Maximum Amount (For 2 Years) Is 90,000 Euros Excluding Tax. There Is No Minimum. It Is Not Planned To Break It Down Into Sections
