As Part Of This Tender, The Bidder Must Offer The Return Coal Pumps As Compact Screw Pumps For Installation In The Screw Chambers Of The Return Coal Pumping Station. All Difficulties With Regard To The Installation Of The Pipes, Aggregates And Other Installation Parts/Materials At The Installation Site Are Compensated For With The Standard Prices Offered. Equipment And Lifting Equipment Required For Assembly, E.G. B. Mobile Cranes And All Necessary Means Of Transport Etc. Must Be Included In The Offer Price By The Contractor. Any Pipelines, Machines, Etc. That May Be Removed By The Contractor In The Course Of Providing The Service Must Be Disposed Of In Accordance With Waste Law. The Corresponding Proof Of Disposal Must Be Presented To The Ags Publishing Houses. The Return Coal Pumping Station Is Designed For The Specified Maximum Inflow Of 380 M³/H With A Return Ratio Of Rv = 0.75. Accordingly, The Following Maximum Volume Flow Must Be Conveyed By The Return Coal Pumps: Qrk,Max = Qpak,Max · Rv = 380 M³/H · 0.75 = 285 M³/H The Maximum Return Coal Flow Of 285 M³/H Is Pumped By Both Compact Screw Pumps In Parallel Operation With The Appropriate Frequency Promoted. The Compact Screw Pumps Are Designed For A Maximum Delivery Rate Of Approx. 228 M³/H At 50 Hz With A Blade Diameter Of 700 Mm. The Screw Pumps Are Designed To Be Adjustable Up To Approx. 25 Hz In The Lower Control Range And Up To 60 Hz In The Upper Control Range, Which Corresponds To A Minimum Delivery Rate Of Approx. 108 M³/H And A Maximum Delivery Rate Of Approx. 277 M³/H Per Screw Pump. With Qpak,Max = 380 M³/H As The Maximum Partial Flow, A Maximum Rv Of: At 50 Hz: Rv1 Screw = Qscrew / Qpak,Max = 228 Can Be Achieved With One Screw
