District Heating Boiler – Cogeneration System For Burning Biomass With Orc Unit With Max. 1,100 Kw Of Pure Electrical Power. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A New Energy Source Technology For The Production Of Heat And Electricity For The City Of Handlová, Dendromass Fuel - Forest Wood Chips, For The Purpose Of Restoring The Central Heat Supply Of The Part Of The City Of Handlová Based On The Organic Rankine Cycle (Orc). The New Orc Energy Source And The Central Exchange Station (Cvst) Will Be Located In The Existing Building In The Baňa Handlová Area, The Layout Of The Location Of The Source Is Given In Annex No. 4, Which Must Be Accepted By The Supplier. The Existing Building Will Need To Be Structurally Modified For The Installation Of New Technological Equipment. The Principle Of The Equipment Of The New Energy Source Consists In Heating The Working Substance - Circulating Organic Synthetic Oil In A Thermo-Oil Boiler (Tok) To Create Vapors Of The Working Liquid, Which Are Led To The Orc Turbine, Where They Expand, While Producing Kinetic Energy, Which Is Transferred To The Turbine Generator Through A Coupling. Which Produces Electricity. The Steam In The Condenser Condenses To A Liquid That Is Returned To The Circulation, And The Generated Heat From The Condenser Is Removed To The Exchanger, Which Transfers The Heat To The Heating Water.
