Railway Construction Works – Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure In Constanța Port - Stage Iii.. The Railway Lines Included In The Project Are Part Of The Ten-T Network, And Are Part Of The Rhine-Danube Corridor On The Territory Of Romania, As Part Of The Infrastructure Provided Within The Access Node Of The Constanța Port, Which Connects The Sea Routes With The Land Railway Network . According To Romanias General Master Plan For Transport (Mpgt), Constanța Port Is The Main Black Sea Port, With A 41% Rail Transport Share, With 1446 Ships Using The Port In 2013. The Ports Hinterland Can Be Extended To Europe Central, Taking Into Account The Improvement Of Railway Conditions, As Well As The Improvement Of Road Conditions And Navigation Conditions On The Danube. At The Same Time, It Is Desired At The European Level In Partnership With The Usa To Connect The Port Of Constanța With The Port Of Gdansk (Poland) By Rail, Thus Creating A Rail Connection Between The Baltic Sea And The Black Sea. Stage Iii Includes Modernization Works At The Following Objectives: Port Constanța Sud  Agigea Sud Station (Including The Connecting Line Between Agigea Ecluză And Agigea Sud)  Line 813B – The Existing Connecting Line Between Agigea Ecluză And Port Constanța Ferry Boat  Port Constanța Ferry Boat Area Of Interest Outside The Port  Cmt Constanța The Main Benefits Expected Through The Implementation Of The Investment Project Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure In The Port Of Constanța Are:  Increasing The Quality Of Freight Transport On The Rhine-Danube Corridor;  Accessibility And Connectivity Of The Railway Connection Of The Port Of Constanța With The Central Ten-T Network;  Facilitating An Optimal Level Of Integration And Interoperability Between The Different Modes Of Transport At The Starting / Ending Point Of The Rhine-Danube Core Network Corridor;  Removing Blockages On This Section;  Improving And Maintaining The Quality Of The Infrastructure In Terms Of Safety, Security, Efficiency;  Supporting Modal Diffusion By Encouraging The Use Of Rail Transport;  Supporting The National Economy;  Possible Attraction Of New Investors In The Respective Area, Thus Improving The Local/Regional Labor Market. In Accordance With Hg No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds, With Subsequent Amendments, As Well As With The Provisions Of Art. 14 Para. (1) From Law 99/2016 In Conjunction With Art. 117, Paragraph (1) Of The Same Normative Act, Based On The Estimated General Estimate, The Estimated Value Of The Contract For The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Investment Objective Modernization Of The Railway Infrastructure In The Port Of Constanța - Stage Iii Was Determined As Follows: The Estimated Value Of The Contract According To Rno No. 11/1/275/03.10.2024 Is 619,509,527.76 Lei Without Vat, From Which: • Val.Est. For For Design Services It Is 17,726,462.26 Lei Without Vat; • Val.Est. For The Execution Of The Work
