Personnel Management (Sessions With Physical Presence) – This Category Includes People With Decision-Making Functions Within Dgpet, Respectively General Director, Deputy General Director, Director, Head Of Service, Coordinators - Max. 22 People. Two Sessions Per Year Will Be Held, Corresponding To The Themes Below. Year 1: Session 1 – Training Topic: Organizational Communication And Team Roles; Session 2 – Training Theme: Leadership Skills And Team Management Year 2: Session 1 – Training Theme: Conflict Management; Session 2 – Training Theme: Change Management Year 3: Session 1 – Training Theme: Emotional Intelligence; Session 2 – Training Theme: Motivation And Empowerment B. Executive Staff (Sessions With Physical Presence) – Max. 178 People. Two Sessions Per Year Will Be Held, Corresponding To The Themes Below. Top Management (Sessions With Online And/Or Physical Presence, At The Beneficiarys Premises, With The Regularity And Work Plan To Be Established By Mutual Agreement After The Award Of The Contract) – Max. 9 People; Annually: Sessions (Online - Individual) To Align With Desired Behaviors And Consultancy For Accommodating Changes (Coaching) – 3 Sessions/Person/Year; Annually: Sessions (Offline - Group) To Align With The Desired Behaviors And Consultancy For Accommodating Changes (Coaching) - 2 Sessions/Year/Entire Group. D. Joint Work Sessions With The Entire Dgpet Staff – Max. 200 People. The Sessions Will Take Place In Physical Format, One Per Year, And Will Aim To Communicate With The Entire Target Group And Interdepartmental Collaboration.
